We would only remove a listing if the business has ceased operating. We will verify such requests before removal.
Reviews are the publics reflection of your business. If a review is simply negative, we would not remove it. However, if it contains hate speech, is defamatory or contains personal information, we may redact parts, or remove it entirely.
